  14.        The  input  for ttccpp--eennvv must be a TCP connection.  ttccpp--eennvv
  15.        finds out information  about  that  connection,  puts  the
  16.        information   into   several   environment   variables  as
  17.        described in ttccpp--eennvviirroonn((55)),, and  runs  _p_r_o_g_r_a_m  with  the
  18.        given arguments.

  20.        Usually  ttccpp--eennvv  is  run from iinneettdd.  It might instead be
  21.        run from another server that already  sets  up  the  right
  22.        environment variables; if PPRROOTTOO is set to TTCCPP when ttccpp--eennvv
  23.        is invoked, ttccpp--eennvv assumes that all the  other  variables
  24.        are  set  up  properly,  and it does not check whether the
  25.        input is a TCP connection.
